The Rules!!!!!

RULES
Rules for the whole site
1.no cursing! except for damn and hell.
2.no double posting!! its annoying to everyone
3.no power playing(controlling other users charries)
4.no district charrie- capital charrie relationships
5.only admins can approve charries, mods may help
6.DO NOT FIGHT if you have a problem with another user either talk it out with out the fighting or ignore each other......I seriously hate dealing with the fighting so please none of it!!!!!!!!!!!!
7.if an admin says no to you over any reason please do not give her/him a hard time they have a good reason for their answer.
8.Respect each other
9.No more than 7 charries after that you have to ask permission to make another. When you ask permission pm a admin in this color so we know you read the rules.
10.DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!
11.No sexual talk out of character and or in character this will result in ban
12.No harresment-meaning no mean txt messages no threatning no anything that would fall under this catagories.
13.If your charries live in one dsitrict they are not to leave that district, kinda ike in the books no one leaves their district unless they are tributes.
Rules for the games
1.you must ask for permission to have a charrie in the games......this is just for oganization and to make sure its one girl and one boy entering the games from each district. Its first come first serve process so if any admin or mod says no its probably because there is all ready a charrie in the place where you want yours to be. (There will be a topic for you two ask under)
2.We're going by the books as in no charrie is allowed unless their 12 or over twelve, and 18 or younger then 18.
3.Don't ask for a spot in the games unless you want or don't care if a charrie dies.
4.THE ADMINS WILL BE KEEPING THE ARENA A SECREAT SO DO NOT ASK WHAT ITS GONNA LOOK LIKE. Like in the books the tributes don't know what their going to be dealing with. Giving out the information might give some an advantage.
5. MOST INPORTANT RULE- ONLY ONE WINNER untill we start following the books cuz then odviously peeta and katniss win. but we're not gonna go by the books till i get the whole site up to date, and we have more users.
