ehhh i guess so, thats mainly up to you guys, when it comes to the ally subject thats all you guys, as long as the charries that your allying up are actually in the games.

So pretty much, if its in the book your allowed to have it. As long as you follow the rules......cause i'll have to ban it if you don't

i dont think people should ask to be in the games I think the admins should have a random drawing based on tesserae count and age count that way its like the books. Thats just my opinion though.

I was thinking that but some people make Charries that they do t want to go in the games, and if I picked random it might start problems and I'm trying to get the users as involved as possible.

Well thats true but what about being based on the books? because thats what we are based on. but since we are so new those who create charries for the games can just choose a district that is unoccupied and then they have a greater chance to be in the games. Also those that want to be can maybe find a way to persuade us by telling us why they want to possibly sacrifice their charries life to participate in the games?

Yes but me and my admins decided on this and this is the decision we made its not following exact but I'd rather do it this way
